A strange, quiet forest that exists in its own realm, far away from the normal world. Only shadow demons can live herem normal Felvars cannot survive in its air or magic.
Forestreen in the afternoon
It is where most of the shadow demons live or appear.
The forest is filled with tall, willow-like trees with long, flowing leaves. A soft, chilling wind moves through the branches, carrying a subtle, calming scent that shadow demons seem to love. Most of them rest wherever they want, safe from the outside world.
Forestreen in the evening
By evening, the colors shift from deep purple to dark blue as shadows grow longer.
Forestreen at midnight
At midnight, the forest glows faintly blue, lit by harmless cinderflies that float through the trees, giving the place an eerie yet beautiful atmosphere.
Cinderfly is a small glowing insect found in Forestreen.
It resembles a mix between a butterfly and a firefly.
They have a soft blue glow, which is most visible at night. Cinderflies are mainly active after dark, and their light makes them stand out against the forest's shadows.
They are harmless to shadow demons due to how fragile they are. Many believe that seeing a Cinderfly is a sign of good luck, especially in the deeper parts of Forestreen.
Forestreen is also home to unusual fruits and berries. Some resemble normal berries, while others are unique to this realm.
"Glowberries" are small, faintly glowing, and taste sweet with a hint of spice.
"Shadowfruit" is dark, almost black, slightly bitter, but nourishing to shadow demons.
"Phantom Sprigs" are tiny ghostly white sprigs that float off their branch if touched, then they vanish after a few seconds unless eaten immediately. They're meant to be eaten quickly, because the sprig isn't stable in the air and disappears if you're too slow.
"Duskfruit" is a small black sphere that hangs from thick vines. When touched, they release a faint smoky mist, as the fruit gives off gentle warmth and has a rich flavor, slightly sweet with a hint of bitter smoke.
"Nightbloom", deep blue flowers that only open at night. Eating one makes a shadow demon feel temporarily more alert and aware of the forest around them. It helps them focus and stay aware of what's happening around them. They notice movements, sounds, and changes in the forest more easily for a short time.

"Bitterevil", small pale green berries with a sharp sour taste. Harmless to shadow demons, but poisonous to living creatures, causing nausea and dizziness.
"Ghostsour", that look harmless but tastes painfully sour. Eating them weakens a shadow demon's senses and leaves them vulnerable for hours, so they can't notice things around them as well.
"Rotkiss", deep purple berries with a sour aftertaste. Even one can make a shadow demon feel sick and sluggish. Most avoid them, but they're sometimes used on purpose in small doses.
These fruits aren't edible for normal living creatures, but for shadow demons, they are a source of energy and comfort. The forest feels timeless and otherworldly, a resting place for undead life that exists far from anything alive.
