The Guidance Coach manages students who exhibt problematic behavior, disrupt class, or challenge teachers like the Master Sage. Usually, they have a chilled and energetic personality. They like to playfully trick or tease the students. However, they may be very serious if the situation is important.

Instead of using standard punishments, the Coach forces troublemakers into direct, honest conversations. He also makes them do practical tasks so they understand the real consequences of their choices. For example, if a student executes a prank during Master Sage's lessons, Sage exples the student from the classroom immediately and sends them straight to the Coach.
